Brief Introduction

Jagavamera is a full authoritarian dictatorship country located North of Tasigensk and South of Pakistan, its known for its abnormally high amount of production of both industrial and agricultural goods. They claim themselves to the industrial and agricultural capital of the world with so called "ethical" work life but reality is leaked by our respected Journalist Solen Khanesfae which revealed that Jagavamera treats their workers like slaves, forced to follow order without questioning, one mistake leads to harsh punishments such as execution, Locked inside dark cage for 1 or 2 days and etc.

Slaves are forced to work 16 hours shifts per day and that perfectly, their shift begans from 5 am and goes till 9 pm, breakfast lunch and dinner breaks are permitted in middle. Another important point is that everyday at 7 to 8 am and 6 to 7 pm, everyone is required to board a metro and go to place called Statue of the honoured where there is a statue of Jagavamera's founder and also current Superior Leader. In these hours citizens are required to pray, bow and cry, Failure to show up to the statues results in immediate execution. This regime was established in 1960 under leadership of Mohammad Imrahn Abdul Khan and its current leader is Mohammad Zayan Abdul Khan.

History

Est. 1960 under leadership of Mohammad Imrahn Abdul Khan who was tired of slow productions in Pakistani Factories, Jagavamera was called Gazinath Province back then. All the repressive policies started back then, they had no flag back then as they were a Naxal entity in Pakistan. By 1967 they adopted their current flag which is an ominous socialist style flag which is set to represent the workers and their absolute obedience to their nation and their respective factories or farms. They follow the ideology of communism and absolute obedience since 1968. In 1980 they had aquired provinces of Killa Abdullah, Pishin

It was 1984 when it all started. The dictatorship, the human rights abuses

By July 22nd 1984 they had declared independence from Pakistan officially and it was also the biggest year in Jagavan History as 4 new ministries had emerged

  • Ministry Of Labour
  • Ministry Of Transport
  • Ministry Of Information
  • Ministry Of Economy

These ministries began their effectiveness from 23rd July 1984. The Ministry of Labour began by introducing new orders
- Workers Naming Order 1984 - which declared that workers will no longer use normal names instead they will use numerical order given to them by the factory with word UNIT (e.g. UNIT 6712).
- Working Enviornment Act 1984 established that every working shift should be at least 16 hours extenadable to 17 hours as punishments. This infamous act was also the act to introduce the concept of food bans which stated that any inefficient or disobedient worker can be denied food and water as punishment and allows arbitrary executions.
- Workers Retirement Order 1984 - In August 1984, an order was passed that had said that workers who retire are no longer contributing to the economy hence their deemed as unworthy of being kept alive, in other words Jagavamera justifies it as "They have successfully lived their life serving our leader and the economy and now their time has come". Yes you do not get the rest after retirement instead you are discarded usually via execution

In 1985 there was a new ministry added which went by the name Ministry Of Health which had introduced new way of medical care in Jagavamera, before they followed normal medical care system but now things have changed. You may be wondering why there are 2 divisions that mean same thing.. Well they do not mean the same thing, given below are

  • Workers Repair Unit
The infamous Workers Repair Unit is a hospital or medical care services made for workers, it is designed for healing injured workers who are deemed worthy of life. They determine the worthiness if the worker has economical value to the country meaning if the worker who was injured was productive before would be granted access. If you were not productive even in fine health and you got injured or ill, your denied medical access as you are deemed unworthy of life and hence your discarded, if your lucky they will end it all by an execution otherwise they will abandon you outside the factory in the forests. Even if you are one of the people deemed worthy of life, WRU closes strictly after 9:10 pm and doesn't open till 7:30 am

  • Medical Care Unit
Medical Care Unit is hospital but for high class citizens, it has luxurious services from king sized beds to 24/7 medical care, No discarding here as you are served all the help you need

By 29th year of their existence (1960 - 1989) they established Department of Civil Aviation and since it was founded near March 25th which was when they formed their Naxality in 1960, It adapted the registration prefix (29-XX) where X are alphabets (e.g. 29-DH)

Television, Internet & Telecommunications

Internal Internet/Intranet

"The Big 3", All forms of General Communication and Broadcast in Jagavamera

Because Jagavamera is a authoritarian agricultural state, they have outdated technology and only around 3% have access to the internet, and 20% have access to Jagavamera's Intranet. An Intranet is a private Internet only the country can access. They call it the [SIXTY MAKE AN AME HERE] that translates to [MAKE A NAME]. It uses the 10.x.x.x IP address range commonly used in work places or large homes, instead its for the entire country. It is impossible for any outsiders to access this network as Wireless Communications (besides a primitive 1G AMPS network) does not exist. There are around 100 known sites, mostly news, propaganda & "Farmer Tips and Tricks".

Public Internet
All countries have there CCTLD (Country Code Top Level Domain), for Jagavamera it is .jv. There are only 6 public pages that use .jv domain. Government site, Public relations, United Farmers Site, Airline Site, News site and a Sports site. The sites cant be accessed inside the country and is made for the outside world only.

Telecommunications
There is extremely limited Telecommunications inside of Jagavamera. They mostly use lan-lines and in 3 major cities use a primitive 1G AMPS (Advanced Mobile Phone System) from the 90s called JNET for cell service. This 1G Network does not provide any access to the [SIXTY MAKE AN AME HERE] Intranet or texting, it is voice calling only. JNET 1G has its communications unencrypted using basic Wide FM so the government can listen and record communications. Any worker who has a phone number is either rich or is lower ranking government member. 99% of the internal phone numbers can not connect to the outside world. the rest of the 1% use the +887 Phone Number.

Television
Jagavamera has 1 major TV station that can be picked up across the country called JagavanTV. It is a fully analog station using the PAL (Phase Alternating Line) standard that is 720×576 25fps (unlike surrounding countries that use the modern digital standard of DVB-T). The captial city of Gazianth has 3 stations (Sports, Kids and JTV). JTV is required to be watched daily (typically 6 to 7 pm during the metro ride and before bed). During the time most workers are watching (6-7 pm & 9-10pm) displays news, propaganda and patriotic songs. The rest of the broadcast has local movies, weather and patriotic songs. Every 10 min there is a warning banner that says "If you are viewing the contents of the is broadcast during working hours you will be severely punished".

Programming Schedule.

  • 4-5am - Test card Countdown w/ Music
  • 5-7am - News, Wether, Propaganda & Music
  • 7am-9pm - Mostly Music & Propaganda Films
  • 9pm-10pm - News, Propaganda & Music
  • 11pm-4am - Dead Air

Human Rights Report - 2025 by Solen Khansefae & AHRC (Arterexian Human Rights Council)

"Jagavamera is a regime where to speak of human rights is seen as a sin, a form of rebellion against their superior leader's power and grip and is often punished by death penalty. 🔚 Conclusion

Jagavamera is a totalitarian forced-labor state where the vast majority of human rights are categorically oppressed. The state operates on a brutal productivity-based rights system, where human rights are not inherent but “earned.” The AHRC concludes this regime bears disturbing similarity to colonial-era exploitative systems like colonies that used to exist in Africa with modern forms of slavery.
